Booked a free appointment which they would of seen. Asked if I had my contact lenses and I said no I'm due a test. Little did I know, they did the test there and then (which I thought comes free with the appointment). It wasn't until before I was leaving they said I had to pay £35 which I'm still angry about as I don't have that spare money. They should of told me it was 35 pounds before continuing. This has really put me off returning.

A very extensive eye test

The ladies were lovely. Very helpful. The only time I didn't receive any help was when I wanted to try on glasses most of them are locked so you need assistance to get them and no one was around to help me. As they were very expensive and had no help I went to spec savers instead. But the actual appointment and optician herself was very thorough and very kind.
